Dr Abhishek is the Founder Director and senior consultant, Vitreo-retina and Uvea at Netram Eye Care. He completed his MS ophthalmology from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 2011. He then did his fellowship in cataract and microsurgery in 2012 from Dr Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, Delhi. After that he pursued his fellowship in Vitreoretina from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai and then joined as a consultant at Tirupati Eye Centre in 2015. Thereafter he joined C. L. Gupta Eye Institute, Moradabad as senior consultant, Retina and Uvea services from 2015 – 2021.

He has multiple publications in various journals of international fame and has attended various national and international conference as a faculty.

His fields of interest are Scleral Buckling, Retinal Detachment, Diabetic retinopathy, Retinopathy of Prematurity and scleral fixated IOLs.
